Developed as part of a project for the US military the V4000 vane pump is a compact, self contained pump for liquids capable of exception flow at pressure.
The project had a target flow rate of 2 lpm at 16 bar of back pressure and the V4000 is easily capable of delivering this, with a peak flow in excess of 3 lpm.
The main pump body is CNC machined from solid aluminum and contains both the drive motor and pump head. The flow of liquid through the pump body removes a lot of the heat that can build up when pumping fluids at these exceptional pressure points, which increases performance and improves reliability.
