TCS Controller Software Requirements:
- Compatible with Windows
- Requires TCS-651 or UART to USB cable (MUST BE 3V3!)
- Full adjustability of controller
- Read TCS suggested parameters in the guide to avoid damaging your TCS Controller/Pump
